ER16 Collets, High Accuracy. 16 slot full radius contact design of the ER collets manufactured on precision machines ensures more accurate clamping with very low run-out tolerance (0.0006") and higher gripping strength than comparable toolholding systems. Jobs are performed to fine tolerances without risk of cutters being pulled out destroying your precious work. Ease of Operation. Changing a collet is fast and with a set of collets that covers a continuous range of metric as well as imperial sizes you'll have every major size available for any job that may come to you. Versatile. Same collets can be used for drilling, milling, tapping etc. Smaller machines Z-axis travel distance is not reduced as much as when fitting drill chucks and other adaptors. Long life.
