At CauCau CNC, we provide much more than CNC machines and accessories. Our comprehensive services cover the entire process, from selecting the right solution to delivery, installation, operator training, technical support and after-sales service.
CNC machine delivery
We deliver CNC machines throughout Slovakia and to other European countries. The most suitable delivery method depends on the machine type and dimensions, destination and services required by the customer.
The machine can be delivered by CauCau CNC or by a contracted freight company. Before dispatch, we agree on the unloading procedure, access requirements, machine location and the electrical, pneumatic and extraction connections that must be prepared.
Installation and commissioning
When a machine is delivered by our team, we can provide on-site installation, initial setup and a basic operational inspection.
The customer must prepare the required electrical supply, compressed air, extraction system and other connections according to the technical requirements supplied in advance.
Operator training
Personal or online operator training is available for selected machines. Depending on the machine and configuration, it may include:

safe machine operation,

use of the CNC control system,

setting work coordinates and tools,

loading and starting CNC programs,

routine inspection and maintenance,

recommendations for reliable operation.
Technical support and diagnostics
Basic technical support is provided by telephone or email. Many common questions and technical issues can be resolved remotely without an on-site service visit.
When reporting a fault, please provide the machine model and serial number, a detailed description, photographs or a short video and any displayed error message.
Warranty and after-sales service
We provide warranty and after-sales service for CauCau CNC machines. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange the next steps, replacement parts or an on-site visit by a service technician.
After-sales repairs, faults caused by incorrect operation and technician travel are charged according to the current service rates.
