The CNC Router Machine S1325, S1530, S2030, S2040, and S2060 is designed for efficient 2D/3D machining of large-format materials and is built to meet the most demanding requirements of modern industrial production. Compared to the previous generation, the S Series offers a heavier-duty construction, a new design, and higher motion dynamics thanks to servo motors.

The robust metal frame provides maximum durability and stability during long operating cycles, ensuring precise and reliable machining results across a wide range of materials. As standard, the machine is equipped with a 9kW ATC spindle and an 8-tool automatic tool magazine, significantly increasing productivity in serial production.

Each axis is fitted with high-quality HGR25 linear guideways, combined with a helical rack and pinion system and a ball screw, ensuring high speed and accuracy. Powerful servo motors paired with gearboxes deliver high performance, fast acceleration, and maximum precision, even when machining hard materials.

Each axis is equipped with inductive limit sensors used for machine zero referencing and software travel limits. The standard equipment also includes pneumatic locating stops, enabling fast and accurate material positioning for repeated production.

Machine control is provided by the professional MASSO G3 Touch Advanced system, offering modern touchscreen operation, high stability, and maximum reliability. MASSO is fully independent from a PC, designed for industrial use, and supports advanced features such as ATC tool changing, macros, safety inputs, and professional workflow settings.
